Barnes and Noble E-Book App
Coming to BlackBerry
Barnes & Noble, which announced
the purchase of e-book retailer
Fictionwise earlier, has now
launched a BlackBerry application
that adds another entrant to the
nascent e-book reader market.
Skype Coming to iPhone,
BlackBerry
Skype, confirming months of
rumors, has announced that it will
launch service on the iPhone this
week, and on BlackBerry devices in
May 2009.

and Samsung players, rival
Blockbuster now says it is ready to
follow suit.
Blockbuster announced the
availability of its first-ever
streaming box, the 2Wire MediaPoint
digital media player According to
Home Media Magazine, the chain is
becoming a major player in the Blu-ray
market, selling 2,000 to 3,000
players per week and otherwise
emerging as a destination for both
the renting and purchasing of movies
in the format.
